This is my low-polygon model of the Executor class Super Stardestroyer from Star Wars. It isn't finished yet, but the upper side is largely complete. The model is around 7k polygons in it's present state, i plan it to be around 10-12k when finished. Underside has only the base structure done, will receive detail.
The model is meant to be able for in-game use, but on full-ship renders it should hold up pretty well too.
Are you going to try to beat out the ISD that Hobbes (or was it Fractalsponge) did?
For a low-poly you've hit that perfect level of detailing without it looking smooth, or causing CPU slow-downs on rendering. Nice!

Barricade: Nah, this isnt going to be a high-detail model, many parts of the basic structure would be needed to be made from scratch again to serve as high detail. This one will be a model that should look good on full-ship renders, and be usable in real-time rendering environments at the same time.

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
